US ORDERS

 We offer free 2 day shipping on all US orders. Overnight shipping is available for $20.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders. We offer free express shipping (3-6 days) on all orders.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance: we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

 All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to CALVIN RUCKER, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can:

    a)  Drop your package at a UPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid.)

b) Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International exchanges and returns work the same as domestic exchanges and returns, but do not include prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs. Send exchanges and returns to:

KEEPING YOUR RETURN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

 Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.

Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.

Damage / Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an un-repairable product.

Final Sale

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
